Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the conditions for the use of the services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") provided by Towaly (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). All users of the Services (hereinafter referred to as "Users") are required to read and agree to these Terms before using the Services.

1. Application of the Terms

These Terms set out the basic rules between you and the Company when using the Service.
By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2. Purpose of the Services

The purpose of the Services is to support and promote harmonious relationships between married couples, families, and romantic partners.

3. User Registration and Account Information

1. User Registration
If the user is a minor, they must obtain the prior consent of a parent or legal guardian before using the Service.
2. Management of Account Information
Users are expected to carefully manage their account information.
Please note that the Company may not be able to respond to issues arising from unauthorized use or access by third parties.

4. Suspension or Interruption of the Service

1. The Company may temporarily suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service, sometimes without prior notice, in the following cases:
(1) When performing maintenance or updates on systems related to the Service.
(2) When service provision becomes difficult due to earthquakes, power outages, natural disasters, or other similar events.
(3) When computer or communication line failures occur.
(4) When the Company determines that it is otherwise difficult to continue providing the Service.

5. Changes or Termination of the Service

1. The Company may change the content of the Service or, if unavoidable, terminate its provision.
Although prior notice may not always be possible, the Company will make efforts to inform users whenever reasonably possible.
2. The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantages or damages incurred by users or third parties due to changes or termination of the Service.

6. Disclaimer

1. While the Company makes every effort to ensure the reliability of the Service, it does not guarantee that the Service will always function correctly in every situation.
2. The Company shall not be liable for any loss of user data or temporary unavailability of the Service caused by system failures, communication issues, or other such problems.

7. Handling of Personal Information

1. The Company will properly manage and handle personal information obtained through the use of the Service in accordance with the “Privacy Policy.”
2. The Company will obtain users’ personal information by lawful and fair means, and will use it only within the scope necessary to achieve the stated purposes. 3. When providing users’ personal information to third parties, the Company will do so under appropriate management, unless required by law or with the user’s consent.

8. Subscription

1. This service includes a paid subscription (hereinafter referred to as the “Premium Plan”) that provides access to additional features.
2. Subscriptions are automatically renewed. Unless the user cancels the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, it will automatically renew and the user will be charged.
3. To cancel, users must manage their subscription through the Apple ID account settings in the iOS “Settings” app, or through the account settings in the Google Play Store when using an Android device.
4. Even after cancellation, users can continue to use the Premium Plan until the end of the already-paid subscription period.
5. The fees, available features, and other details of the subscription shall be in accordance with the information displayed within the app or on the store product page.
