1. If a user requests the suspension or deletion of their personal information (hereinafter referred to as “Suspension of Use”) for any of the following reasons, the Company shall promptly conduct the necessary investigation:
(1) If the personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the intended purpose of use
(2) If the personal information has been obtained by fraudulent or other unlawful means
